Just learned that Andrea True, the 1970s pornstar best known as disco act Andrea True Connection, died on November 7th in a Kingston, NY hospital. True was 68. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
True, real name Andrea Marie Truden, performed in over 50 adult movies during the Seventies, but she will always be remembered for the disco smash hit "More More More (How Do You Like It?)".

When interviewed in 2002 for a VH1 documentary called Disco Divas: One Hit Wonders, True is quoted as saying, "I want to be remembered as someone who brought people joy with my music."
I can't think of a more fitting epitaph.
